Ruth’s Chris Steak House is a fine dining restaurant, specializing in USDA Prime cuts of aged beef. Our steaks are served on 300 degree plates with butter which creates our famous “sizzle.” All sauces, salad dressings, desserts, etc. are made fresh in house.
